Is this 3D rendered?
I’ve seen a lot of people asking this question, so maybe after 2 years it’s time to answer it lol
Yes,
it’s a 3d render, it’s made entirely with Blender 3D (and a little
post-production on Photoshop), to make this if I remember right I spent
like 1-2 weeks and all the models and shaders was made by me.
Another
thing that is often pointed out to me is that the layout is different
from the original, it’s not an error or something random, I studied
this arrangement so that Snowdin seemed more cozy and the buildings
were more visible and then, imagine if in our reality there are buildings all put on one side, it would be a bit strange lol

And fun fact (and definitely not a way to advertise my work
😂) I made even a 360° video of Snowdin, so you can look around like you’re inside the game
Or, even better, I’m working on a playable map of Snowdin for VRChat,
you can walk around and hey, you can even make friends with other people
or just roleplay! And best thing, VRChat is free and you don’t even
need to have a VR device to play!
It’s still a work in progress, but you can already do a lot of things and explore my interpretation of Snowdin 😛
