daredevil interacts with the xmen a fair amount but no one’s ever called him out on being matt murdock but that doesnt mean they havent figured it out it means telepaths are just really polite

on the other hand psylocke did read his mind once and almost lost her gourd cos his brain is such a fucking nightmare of crazy sensory input overstimulation and mental illness. maybe no one DOES know who daredevil is bc the other telepaths value their sanity too much to try and dig into the psyche of a blind catholic man who runs around dressed like the fucking devil

Everyone knows Matt Murdock is Daredevil, they’re just too tired of life to call him on it and watch him “Who? Me?  I never–who even is that?” for five straight minutes and then conclude that he’s successfully kept his secret.

It also behooves them to remember that Matt knows people by voice, which means if he has ever met or does ever meet you incognito, he now knows your superhero alter ego too.

tbh nobody in marvel is really committed to the secret identity thing at all. except for spiderman and he’s a minor so everyone should keep his name secret anyhow. but the rest of them are like shouting each other’s real names across crowded rooms at all times
