This is insane. Pharmaceutical companies are killing Americans by pushing the overprescribing of deadly opioids, and too many politicians are complicit in the scheme, because money has so thoroughly corrupted our political system.

We have to start treating this as the national epidemic it is, and commit to putting the health of our fellow humans ahead of making money off of their suffering.
