The entire island of Puerto Rico is again without electricity – the second widespread power failure in a week, and seven months after the U.S. commonwealth was devastated by Hurricane Maria.

And the White House continues to shrug.

It is also 43 days until the start of PR’s next hurricane season. And infrastructure has still not been repaired or made a priority by the current White House administration.
